    Hey everyone,

    My previous taco was 97 basic 2wd. I didn't respect it enough as it was a hand-me-down, but I bought a 2006 taco back in October 2012 and I'm LOVING the upgrade.

    I will post pics a new thread some time soon. I might have *ahem cheated ahem* by buying the taco with its current mods but I have a lot of learning and work ahead of me!

    I'm a software engineer but I love outdoor stuff too. Been gold mining in CA as a hobby for about 15 years or so.

    Glad to be here and from what I've read already, seems like a great place for taco owners. I'm here to stay for a while!

    Thanks for the welcoming!

    I'll post up some older pics, but they're my favorite because it has my old dog in it. She's gone now, but she was a great alarm and companion. :(

    They should be in my member gallery now.

    Me and my pops in those photos. These were taken back in summer of 2007.

    We hadn't found much chunks. A lot of fine gold though. All the chunky stuff is worth noting and is nice to find!
