My clutch has shown its close to the end, but yesterday was the ultimate sign. After driving 3 miles I made a right hand turn at an intersection and my truck made some clunking sound and barely had any torque taking the turn. :( as I straightened out my truck, pushing the gas down it lost rpms and my truck wouldn't move. I've had a few buddies tell me something might be locking up the rear end because its a 2 rwd but even if I turn it on, the truck won't move, I'll try and pick off from the start and it tries to go but it won't. Any help would be appreciated!

Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
Doesn't make sense that you "lost" RPMs. If a clutch is going it will slip. If it is prone to slipping and you press the accelerator pedal (especially in a higher gear, but it can happen in 1st and 2nd) the engine will race, RPMs will climb, and you won't be transferring power from the engine to the transmission->driveshaft->rear end.

Your description otherwise sort of sucks, and I'm not going to translate beyond what I did because now I have a headache. Either way, your truck is broke. A clearer description would really help!
