    Howdy team:

Sorry about using my tundra as an avitar. Its my work truck and I didn't have any pics of the tacoma's yet...I get that corrected soon enough.

Anyways, Like I said, been a toyota tacoma owner since 1998. Presently have 2 1998 tacomas, 1 2004 tacoma and the '09 tundra.

With that said, my main hobby is to take wrecked toyota trucks, usually salvage titles rigs and rehabilitate them to reliable daily drivers.

At present I am redoing a 2004 TRD x-cab. It was hit pretty hard. The main reason I wanted this truck as my next project was because of the availability of parts. I will be using what parts that are interchangeable with the '98. I forseen many parts being usable. The '98 had served me 300k, trouble free miles. Unfortunately, Michigan winters has made the frame unsafe. Lets not get into the frame replacement BS. It does not apply to salvage titled vehicles.

I've been doing this for 20 years and I just can't make myself buy an unwrecked vehicle. some people go to the casino to gamble, I buy a wreck truck to see how cheap I can get it back to a safe, reliable ride.

Once I get done doing my rebuild, any unused parts will be offered here. I don't know how many people will need some strange part off a '98, but I'll put the word out anyways.

thanks for reading my long intro.

    Over and out

    KO
