Quick bumper fix? Please help

    03 tacoma 6 inch lift boggers
    New to TW but not the tacoma real world this is my third tacoma, a 2003 3 inch body 3 inch suspension 31.12.50 boggers. When I bought it I knew the bumper had been replaced the guy hit a deer a while ago. My bumper hangs down a little lower on the drivers side and the passenger side is perfectly flush. It's a brand new bumper but I was wondering if anyone knew how I could fix this? The bumper is tight but just a little saggy. Please help it's aggravating me!!! Thanks, hunter
