Just took delivery yesterday on a 2014 Double Cab SR5 4x4. My second Tacoma. My first was a 2003 Double Cab SR5 4x4 TRD. Loved that truck but... I made a faulty assumption that it had a towing package. (had the receiver hitch) It did not and was limited to 3500 lbs GVWR. So, I went to a 2005 F-150 Super Crew. Nice truck, awesome ride on a trip but too big for my garage and it had the shorty 5.5' bed. Wanting for a few years to get back to a mid-size Tacoma and finally have. Love this new Taco, the GPS and backup camera are a plus. Plan to put a 4 wheel camper on it so I wanted the 6 ft bed. Ton of improvements over my 2003; primarily the larger backseat and bed. Very impressed so far but I've got less than 100 miles on it. Look forward to this discussion forum!

Glad to be here! Can you please point me to threads where camper options might be. Looking to add a pop-up like the 4 wheel models, etc. Also want to keep the standard steel wheels but possibly get them powder coated or painted...
