    What up fellow Taco lovers!

    I'm pleased to say, I'm a proud owner of a 99" Tacoma.
Engine was rebuilt last month, with 800mi on it now. Has Fabtech coilovers in front and shocks in the rear. But it's not lifted or at least it doesn't look it.

I went to 4 wheel parts, and they wanted to charge me 600 to jack up the coilovers & add shackles in the rear. Sounds a bit outrageous to me. But I really don't know too much. I'm hoping to find someone local to L.A. to point me in the right direction, or maybe lend a helping hand. I'd like to eventually start doing all my own work. So guidance would be helpful.

Right now, I'm just trying to raise it a couple of inches, since I'll be needing tires soon. Just can't afford tires and a lift. I'm currently running BFG-A/T 31x10.5x15, and would like to to go 33's if possible. Any help, is greatly appreciated.

Thank you! Yeah, I'm already digging into all the threads. I'll be spending sleepless nights reading and learning.
