    Hello fellow Tacoma owners!
I'm the latest owner of a 1999. This one is an SR5, Extracab, V6, 4x4, with manual transmission. This is actually my second Toyota 4x4. My first was bought brand new when I was just 21 yrs old... A 1994 single cab, 4cyl, with manual tranny as well. I loved that little truck. It would go anywhere I wanted it to with just a set of 28" BFG mud terrains. It was short lived at just 5 yrs old after my cousin rolled it and it was soon totaled by the insurance comp. And now at 40 yrs old, I'm back with my "new to me" taco as a second vehicle. I look forward to reading all the great info on here and asking lots of questions. Happy Trails! :D

Thanks for the welcomes guys. I'm really enjoying my ride! I also own a 2011 Dodge 2500 Laramie with the 6.7 Cummins engine. More power and bells and whistle than you would ever need... Ironically, I enjoy driving my 5 speed manual shift Taco much more. I think it's just the kid in me reminiscing from my first Yota. :)

Beautiful truck! Wish the old Toyota's looked like that here in Upper Michigan. That's what the salt will do to you :( And a cummins? Sounds like you got the best of both worlds! Even though I'm more of a powerstroke fan myself ;)

Thanks 1993t100. Since these pictures, I took out the old worn out floor mats and added new husky floor liners, closed the gap between the cab and the camper shell by loosening the fastener clamps and slidding it closer towards the cab. Last night I ordered new headlight housings to replace the old dingy/yellowing ones. I plan on possibly adding a small "leveling kit" to the front to take away a little bit of the rake. K&N cold air intake, better tires, maybe rims too. It'll be my continuous project in the making :)
