Hey there new to the site just bought a 2005 tacoma SR5 access cab with 45,000 miles took it off road the other day and the front bumper can't take the small trees I was running over lol so I was looking to get a more heavy duty front bumper a 3" lift and some bigger more meaty tires was wondering if anyone had suggestions on what kind of parts I can get for this at a semi reasonable price

you both need to spend just a little time browsing various threads, especially the Suspension section, that are related to the issues or desires of changes you have. going over the literally hundreds if not thousands of configurations would be a complete waste of time.

Welcome, and be prepared for a lot of reading. A LOT.

Yea I have noticed that a whole lot of Reading but it's always good to have other opinions before you start doing things that you regret to your truck I want something nice for the bumper yet I don't want to spend a lot so I think I'm going to get the relentless steel one that you weld up yourself since my family owns a fab shop and I can cut holes with the laser cutter for the fog lights and whatever need be may take more effort but should be a fun project
