Name's John, stay in Guam and recently bought my first taco! I used to own an '87 Yoda w/ 529s, rear locker, lifted 6-7" with 39.5" boggers. Swapped it for a jeep yj my wife wanted, lifted it, added dana44 axles w/4:88 gears and Detroit lockers, put a warn 8274 and a fresh paint job just to find out she wasn't "into it".
Fueled with regret, I went out and purchased a '97 tacoma 4x4 3.4l for a really good deal ($3600), didn't run very well and PO said it was the MAF, brought it home and scanned it to make sure that was the problem and scanner came up blank. I also noticed the fuel pump stayed on while the key was in the on position, pulled the ECM and saw some burnt capacitors, resistor and a couple tracks. Figured no problem, I'd find one somewhere....WRONG!!! Nobody has one anywhere, not on Guam, not on eBay, so I'm hoping someone here will have one they'd be willing to sale.

Well my introduction wasn't intended to be that long, sorry for the boring story and hoping to enjoy my stay on this site!

Welcome try looking at salvage yards for ecm . Over the years I had good luck with hard to find Jeep parts this way. Found computer good way to locate almost anything then a phone call to verify usually helps make sure that parts are correct. Good Luck
