Any windshield replacement shop can get what you need.

I opted to step up to a powered version. Awesome for the DC. Just dont let them screw the power supply to the back of the cab. Make a wood base, screw the power suppy to that. Set the wood base between the seat legs/base.

Sorry to say, it cost me $750...and I had to wire it myself(which is what I wanted).
