first question ,more to come

i would like to get TRD seat covers for my 2010 taco. i know they don't make them for 2010 because of the air bags , but will the 2009 covers fit anyway?

 

Which ones are you looking for? These?



Either way, my guess is that if the seats are generally the same shape, yes they will fit.

 

Is TRD a must? Something like this could work, they look nice and I'm sure you can find different colors

They are $200 new from TRD site. They are easily available for 170 or 180 new on ebay. You may also find some people selling for lower. I for example have a 2nd set (love mine) I am selling for $150, slightly used, but if you do buy these and whoever you buy from, don't let wear deter you. These seat covers are very durable, moreso than I've seen from certain wet okoles... slight wear shouldn't stop you. So I would not buy new, but used because it's nearly identical, unless someone really screwed them up.

My advice is not to jump on anything you aren't ready to buy just because it has a low price. Always do your research and be sure of what you want, or you'll end up with something you don't even know if you want.
