Been telling my self I wanted a Double cab tacoma for years but couldn't pull the trigger until this weekend. Bought a Super White '13 Prerunner XSP-X and absolutely love it, wish it wouldn't have taken me so long to buy one but hindsight is 20-20 so lesson learned. I'm wanting to improve the stance on it and mainly just get it nice and level. From what I've seen the Bilstein 5100 front shocks and maybe adding a rear leaf seem to be what I need but since I've always had cars and never delved into lift kits Ive been trying to explore all options and I keep seeing this disclaimer

    Notes:

    • Does NOT fit XSP-X models.

To my knowledge the xsp-x is just an appearance package but if that's the case why would companies waste the time to edit products to exclude this trim level

Thanks for any info and recommendations

Just put 5100's on my truck today. It took 2 inches to make level. I absolutely love the look. 300$ out door with alignment so well worth it.
