New Taco Owner

Hello everyone,

Just thought I'd drop in and say hello as the newest Tacoma owner in Southern Arizona. I picked up a "used" 2014 Double Cab, 4x4 TRD Off-Road in spruce mica this evening. Always loved that color and when I saw one in the used lot I had to jump on it. Traded a 2014 WRX STi for the Taco and I couldn't be happier.

I've had my fair share of Yotas over the years, '89 4Runner 22RE, '95 4Runner 3.slow, '08 4Runner V6 but this is my first Taco and I feel like a stupid little kid with a new toy (pun intended). I am so glad to be back in a truck.

Well, once the wife stops being upset with me I will start the modifications list...

The STi is an awesome car...don't get me wrong. I'll probably end up missing it in about six months but then my wife will have me buried in the desert somewhere. The STi is an attention getter for sure; the good kind and the bad. At the end of the day, I'm just a truck guy and like to do more outdoors activities than go racing.

Spruce mica is an awesome color, isn't it?
