Brand new Tacoma

I have previously owned a couple of Toyota four wheel drive trucks. The first was a Jeep style diesel Land Cruser that, before it rusted away, I put about 300k Km on including most of one winter in Mexico. The next was a short cab short box from the last release before the Tacoma came out. Lifted it a bit with all new springs and torsion bars, it served me very well for about seven years. I never should have sold it!

The new Tacoma is an Access cab TRD off road and black.

I just picked up a Pop & Lock tailgate lock that should keep me busy for the rest of the morning.

I have questions that I will post shortly.

If you plan on going off roading lot. i would steer clear from black.

Yeah, I know! The thing was that when I finaly decided to buy, it was at the end of the model year up here. So, I got a "deal" maybe, but my colour choice was any colour I wanted, as long as it was black.

Soon it will be black with scratches.
