Bumper help

Looking for a steel bumper for my boyfriend 2006 Tacoma. I do not know much and I need help from people who really know their stuff. He wants something that looks tough, but doesn't kill his gas mileage as he drives constantly for work. Help me! Please and thank you!

 

Well if he wants to keep his mileage pretty good then i'd suggest an aluminium or hybrid bumper.

With a steel one he would most likely have to upgrade front suspension.
