Wiring stock 2013 tailgate camera on a 2008 truck

    If someone can help. I rear ended my 2008 trd taco and replaced the whole bed and tailgate I bought a 2013 bed and tailgate. The tailgate came with the stock back up camera but had the wires cut. The question is can I join this stock cables with new wire to connect the camera to my sony xav 68 bt? :confused: I would sure use the help of someone who has done something similar . Thanks:D
