New unplanned owner

2 weeks ago I bought myself a 2012 DBC TRD Sport out of the blue. We were vehicle shopping for a new RAV4 for my wife so I got bored and began wandering around the lot and came across what is now my truck. I had no plans on buying anything but did miss have 4WD after the winter we had last year in eastern PA. Started talking to the salesman while he was talking to my wife about what she wanted( did not go over well with the misses). I found this site and started searching for accessories before I even signed papers, never one to leave well enough alone (again doesn't always go over well with the misses). So now it's time to start the mods, I've got my list started just not sure where to start. Open for suggestions on what steps first, don't want to put the carriage before the horse but have the itch and limited funds around the holiday. Here is some of what I'm looking at...
Pro Comp Xtreme A/T or M/T undecided which on Pro Comp 7089 flat black
3" lift still reading up on which, occasional off-roading
N-Fab wheel to wheel steps
Roof rack GOBI (extra $ but owned them and loved them in the past)
Front and Rear Warn quick connect jumper cable set-up
