    Hi everyone,

BC99 here from NC. I joined up today because I am having a problem with my 08 4x4 Taco. I am having a weird issue with the door lock/ unlock remote. I did a few searches and did turn up any results with my specific problem, so I figure I'll ask you guys and see what turns up before I just take it to the stealership. Any preference from you guys on the correct forum to post this sort of question?

And here is my truck, cuz I know most car forum members like pictures.

    Thanks,

LOL, not an oil leak. My driveway (where I wash my cars) wraps around the carport and drains through it. I had just washed the ole gal up before that picture, so wash water was running through there. The issue was with the door locks not locking with the key fob, but unlocking fine. The solution turned out to be, a passenger let the seat belt get hung in the door and kept it from latching all the way, and caused the issue. It was strange because it had that, but no door open lights or wind noise from the door being slightly ajar.
