I'm new to the forum. I'm working on my brother inlaws 08 Tacoma since he passed away a few weeks ago.

It's a very nice truck with a 4 maybe 6in lift and running 33.5 tires. I'm going to finish the truck the way he wanted.

I'll be active on here trying to get some good info on the little problems I need to fix on it and ask for some tips.

    Thanks Q

I'm looking at getting rid of the two piece drive shaft and running single with out the carrier bearing.

He bought new leafsprings and shocks so I'll put those in.

the ac is stuck on the defrost so I'm thinking the switch is bad on that.

Get some steel bumpers and a jack with a full size spare. Then maybe put all new speakers and build a 8in sub box under the rear seat.

And the last thing is make it 4x4 with getting axles/hubs/transfer case/ect..
