    trying to save money by changing plugs on a 2.7 l tacoma,limited tools.never done before on a newer vehicle,bought pregapped plugs but looks like theres alot of components in way.ideas???

    always check the gap even on "pre-gapped" plugs....

    not sure on the 2.7, but on the 4.0 they suggest taking a lot more off than i typically do...but do yourself a favor and pick up a Hayens repair book...if you're willing to do your own work, you'll get plenty of us out of that book...

    but you should be able to do it with a socket set, spark plug socket and extension...don't forget to use anti-seize on the new plugs
