    I just bought a 1989 4x4 regular cab for my son. It currently has the 6cyclinder in it. The 6 went out and I also have a 1983 22 R that I can rebuild. Would it be better to go back with the original motor or build the 22R for it. I don't know much about either one, but this is my sons first truck so I want to make the right choice on long lasting. Any info would be great!
