I've been lurking for a while, thought I should say, "hi"

    Hi!!! :D

I have a 2008 Prerunner SR5 (not TRD or 4X4). I've got a lot of info here on the spring TSB and searched like crazy about lowering kits. I got the spring TSB done today and thought I'd post some questions about it that I didn't find in searching. I'll start another thread for that.

I use my Tacoma for general home hauling (not much) and carrying a motorcycle or two sometimes. It's carrying the motorcycle(s) that moved me to get the spring TSB done.

I had a 2001 Tacoma for several years and it was a great truck. I never did any mods to it, though. It was lost (totalled) in an accident and I bought the new Tacoma because of my satisfaction with the 2001. So far, the 2008 is fine.

    :)

    Thanks!

I posted my question on the spring TSB
Rear Spring & Tailgate TSB Quick Reference (post 28). Appreciate any response you guys might have as to why the ride height is raised, especially how the front was raised.

    :)

    Thanks guys!
Great forum! I've been enjoying reading several threads. Incredible amount of good info here. Still trying to find out how the front of the truck got raised a half inch when the front shocks were replaced as part of the spring TSB.

    :)
