Hey everyone. I just recently joined this forum because I was looking for a good place to start doing some homework on my future purchase. I am currently doing a tour in iraq and I am looking to purchase a 2nd gen tacoma once i return home in Jan. Of course im going to be modding it immediately after purchase. Im here for now just to soak up info and be able to make a good decision once I decide to buy. Thanks in advance

Thanks. I am planning on 3-6" lift, 33" tires, procomp wheels, tint, winch, maybe bumpers and sliders, some performance upgrades. Im looking to have a good dd and also a very functional truck to go out wheeling a little on the weekends. I am new to the toyota scene but not to modding. I starting about 10 years ago on vehicles with my dad. I have owned a nissan 240sx turbo and currently own a 87 mustang with a modded 351 cleveland so i definitely know my way around the shop and plan on doing my own mods. Thanks
