I've been reading these forums off and on since 2005. You folks helped me decide on a '06 4dr TRD Off Road and in less than three years it's just about past the 100k mark, mostly bird hunting across the country. I've been happy with it, pretty solid truck.

Anyways, hi, thaks for the help, and I hope to contribute to this already pretty kick ass forum.

Welcome. How's the truck doing at the 100,000 mile mark? Any problems? Sounds like you're happy with it. Post up a few pics when you get a chance, and lets hope you get another 200,000 out of it!

Okay okay pictures! Honestly I don't take a lot, probably because, like most good equipment, when it works you don't think about it much. But here's a few I managed to dig up.

    Pheasant hunting in Kansas.

In some parts of the state the soil is a really dense clay/mud mix that cakes on like crazy. I have literally filled all four wheel wells with the stuff.

I think the only mod I've done so far...a storage vault for keeping a ton of gear organized.

It has two slide out droors for guns and other gear.

At ~100k I'm pretty happy. No major problems. AC/heater blower squeaks a bit and there are some squeaks that make it feel like it's getting "loose." Overall, pleased.

I think I know what the vibration on your right front wheel is from. :D
I like your storage box, nice.

Nice pictures. Looks like that truck has served you well so far. I've never seen mud caked up like that, must have been fun to get cleaned up! Good looking hunting dogs there too. English Pointers?
