my intro

Hey all
I just bought a brand new 2009 Toyota Tacoma Double cab, long bed 4x4, fully loaded with the JBL stereo system, side running boards and front skid plate.

Right know I’ve moded one of the door less storage compartments in the bed. I constructed a door for it using a Plexa glass equivalent. I haven't got around to doing the other side yet but hope fully I will get to it soon.

Right know I’m working on putting in an aftermarket stereo. And subwoofers. I hit a snag with the special JBL wire harness and haven't been able to get sound but I have a different wire harness on the way and hopefully soon I will get the sound system installed and start rocking.

I hope in the near future to purchase a flow master exhaust system, a volant cold air intake with the ram air fitting. And a 3" pro comp lift kit. Then after I ware out the factory tires something with some aggressive mud terrain

yeah i'm all about modding. i started out making custom action figures and other mods for computers, paintball guns and other things. i had made a for minor mods to my GMC sanoma ZR2 the truck i had before the tacoma. then i got my tacoma and started looking around the web to see what after market stuff i could get saw some mods others ahve done and the gears started turning. it also helps that my brother is a mechanic for a off road shop. and now that its nice out i got the itch to be out side and this give me some thing to do out side.

my brothers all about helping me work on it when he can. my mom and girlfriend think i should just leave the truck how i bought it. Chicks they just don't understand.
