    Does anyone know how to tell if your Tacoma is a 1st or 2nd Generation? And what is the biggest tire size you can put on your truck, before you must lift it?

    The 1st gen Tacos are pre '05 (the older body style) the new (05+) are 2nd gen like your, that is if that’s your truck in your avatar.
