Hi, im Scott, (i know it sounds like an AA meeting) i just picked up my 1st Toyota Monday night. Its a 99 extcab v6 4x4, the milage was kinda high but the truck seems solid and it was a good price. It has a 3 inch lift, and helper springs in the rear. This will be my daily driver and my first 4x4. Currently i have a swapped CRX, bagged body dropped nissan hardbody and F250 diesel for towing the race trailer.

Anyway a little about me since im sure ill lurk around here more then post, ive already picked up a few hints and tricks. Im 30, and a vibrations analysis. Ive been racing atv's since i was 12, did the crx swap, and the work on the nissan myself. i have experience fabbing and turning handles in a machine shop, and worked in a race shop in high school.

Anyway about the truck, any quick tips anyone care to give, problem areas? Currently the problems i have are minor but i dont know where to get these parts. I am needing a door handle for the drivers side, they are chrome but im prob going to replace both and get the black ones. The truck is black and i plan on blacking everything else on it. Also the dome light is broken but ill prob just change it out to something better. It will be getting an eclipse head unit with eclipse speakers and prob an amp or 2 and a sub. anyway on to a few pics, its raining here so i only have the ones he sent me.

Welcome! It's definitely not AA, but you'll soon be an addict like the rest of us.
