Greeting from snowy Colorado! I got my 06 Taco a couple of months ago and love it! The 4x4 came in real handy doing our recent snow, 30"+++. Great to find this forum to discuss issues we all have in common. Installed a K&N air intake system a couple of weeks ago and love the response and sweet sound when you get into the throttle.

    Welcome to TW!
I didn't realize parts of Colorado got 30 inches!
I passed through the Denver airport.. luckily my layovers were just after each blizzard... So I was only delayed a few hours for each flight.
We decided to bite the bullet and fly instead of drive... I'm glad we did because we would of been trying to drive through those blizzards! I'm from south eastern Idaho so driving in snow is nothing foriegn to me... but I'll avoid driving through a blizzard when I can!

I know what you mean. 8" more today with another storm predicted in a week. Wow, this is what I thought Colorado winter's would be like when I moved from SoCal in '04. Yep, another Cali transplant. Just like my neighbor next door and across the street.

I was born and raised in Colo. My family moved to Calif. back in the 70's. I was the only one not to move there. Now all they ever talk about is how they wish they could move back to Colo. Years ago people were leaving here to move to Calif. Now everyone wants to leave. Whats going on out there....
Most of my new neighbors are from Calif. I guess the cost of living is to high..Well you'll get better use out of the tacoma here. Lots of spaces to play in the mountains....Have you been up to St.Marys Glacier yet. excellent trip in the Taco. But I'd wait till Spring or Summer. Yes there's snow up there in July and August.
