New guy in MA

Hi! Just got my first truck, an 08 Tacoma SR5 Access cab... waited ten years to be able to afford it. I'm already all over the place with it.

My son and I have been looking at the best ways to mount a canoe for moderate distance travel. Still sorting that out.

Welcome to the site, glad you could make it.

When you have a chance you should post some pics of your truck.

There are some members around who haul kayaks so hopefully they can offer some help for hauling a canoe.

Not yet but I can add them. That's what I'm trying to decide on.

For now I'm just putting it int he bed, tying it right/left/front, and not going too many miles. Works okay but probably sketchy for highway travel.
