    09 TRD Sport DC 4x4
    Folks,
Just wanted to drop in and say hello. Been a lurker for a little while while I was car shopping. I purchased an new 09 Tacoma DC 4x4 about 10 days ago. Took a while to find one since I made the unfortunate decision to sell my old car the week after Cash for Clunkers ended. And all the dealers were cleared out. Sandy Springs Toyota (shameless plug) searched all over the southeast and did find one in NC for me. They did a great job, and the deal was excellent as far as car purchasing experiences go.

The Tacoma is Timberland Mica with the TRD sport package. Already added a Undercover Tonneau and a PXAMG for my Ipod. I really like the truck and it rides exceptional for a 4x4 pickup.

Thanks for the post here that helped me with my decisions, it has been very helpful.

Built many Jeeps in my prior life and enjoyed many of the trail systems within a days drive of home. Sadly many have closed looking forward to revisiting those that are still open in the Taco. But with kids and the like the Tacoma is much easier for family fun than the Jeeps were.

Thanks again this is my first "foreign" if you can call it that vehicle. Looking forward to many years of reliable service.

If you see a green Tacoma in Atlanta taking too long to park thats me. Gotta get used to the longer wheelbase :D.

    Thanks,

    Dave
