Instrument Gauges not reading right

    I was having trouble with my gauges, the water temp was low,the fuel gauge only went to just above 1/4 tank and the speedo was jumping. Igot the wiring diagram and didn't see any common connection that would have caused this. I started taking the panel apart and saw a spider nesting just below the fuel gauge. I took the gauge cluster out and the little &#$& had spun webs to all the needles in the cluster which stopped them from moving.I got the spider out cleaned all the webs out put it all together and everything is working right. Just thought I would share this so others know to look for this if the are having a problem.
