I just purchased my first Tacoma. :)

What a great truck, very happy with the purchase. I only have one complaint. Couldn't get the JBL upgrade. I am thinking of replacing the stock speakers, Does anyone know what size the front and rear speakers are for this model?

You can fit 6x9"s in there if you want. Check out *********.com for more info or checkout Crutchfield.com . Don't worry about the JBL upgrade. I have it in my wife's 06 Rav4. We will probably be replacing it with something else. :(

    Nice 6spd,V6, very solid truck
None currently, but I would like a better sounding exhaust and perhaps a cold air pack and some color coded step bars
Welcome to the TW. I would love to put in some sort of Bose speakers in my 06,acc cab truck eventually, as the Bose systems I have heard are terrific.
When you get the door panels off and are working back there, its a good time to really lube up the the door key assembly as locks and associated arms are prone (eventually) to drying up and often freeze up in the winter. This is mainly a northern problem but since you have the door panel off you could look it over.
