    I am potentially very few hours away from owning my first Tacoma in my life. I have been interested in owning one for awhile now and have decided enough is enough with anticipation and anxiety of buying an '08 Tacoma TRD DC 6-Speed 4x4.

    I hail from MA but have been living in Colorado for the past 10 years. I now own a house with my soulmate Monica in Carbondale, CO. We spend our winter's skiing and summer's on the river...so basically we ride snow year round.

    I am ready for a Toyota to live with for many years to come...after all I dreamed about it a few nights ago so I figure my time has come.

    Welcome to TW, sounds like you have a nice life, a Tacoma would allow you some more access to the beautiful state in which you reside. They are very capable off road and the dependable history is why we are all here. Good luck and just buy the truck, Don G is right on.
