    Hi everyone!

I registered here a few days ago while I was researching Tacomas. I've always been of the opinion that buying a used vehicle that is 1-2 years old is financially better than a new one until I started looking at a Tacoma. The resale on these things is sick!

Since I'm looking at my first ever new vehicle, it opened up a whole new world for me. I could get exactly the accessory/options package that I want, no compromise! Amazing! :D

My current vehicle is an '06 Mazda3. I love my car to death, but my fiancee and I are about to buy a house. I will need more utility than a car is going to be able to handle. Since the houses we are looking at are in the boonies in WV, the 4wd aspect is also quite appealing.

I test drove a double cab Sport and Off Road last night for the first time. I was a fan of the Taco before, but now I'm stricken! I'm totally in love. I never thought I'd say it, but this compact car guy is gonna be a pickup man!

As soon as I sign the paperwork on a house I'll be selling my car and buying a Tacoma. :yay:

Thanks for the welcome guys. I forgot to list the exact model/acc/trim I'm looking at...

    Here's the current want:
-2010 Taco TRD Sport (Don't need the locker, loved the stiffer more responsive suspension)
    -Manual transmission
    -Tow package
-Skid plate (I know it is mostly fluff but I think it looks badass and will be great for the minor offroad stuff I'd do)
    -Magnetic Grey or Timberland Mica

Anything else is stuff I don't want to pay extra for. :D
