need help with lift

    i am looking for a 3in lift that gpod and that will not give me problems in the long run... i was looking around n people told me that you are flexing something ur struts pr something like that and its not good so they said go with a 6in. lift bt i really dont want to i would like a 3 or 4 in lift can anyone help me please...
