Greetings all I am looking to purchase a Tacoma can anyone give me some GOOD advice. I'm looking to purchase a 4 door prerunner 6 cyl. any pros and cons? I have right now a Ford Ranger Edge, which is getting about 15 MPG, I definately want a better gas mileage.

    Thanks all,

If your looking for an 05-07 than you'll most likely get around 18MPG on average. The resale value of the Tacoma is way better than ford and with the V6 more powerful and you'll have a lot more room as well. I can say one thing about the Rangers though is that they are very safe. I've know two people, my girlfriend being one of them, that have rolled rangers multiple times and walked away with just minor scraps and bruises.

Good luck in your search and keep us posted on what you end up getting.

Well the name speaks for itself, a very great buy, durable, reliable for long term use. have you tried to test drive one. i did and did my own research before purchasing my "Diva" it's been two years and it still feels and drives like it just got off the lot.
