Nubee from Central Florida

Just bought my '09 PreRunner (Pyrite Mica) with 5773 miles on it. Only my third truck in 30 years. As you can see, I keep them aloooong time! My last truck was a 94 Ford Ranger.The first,was an 82 Toyota Pickup. Hope to get the same from this truck.
Eventually, I'll get around to doing some mods to it, but for now, everything's good. Still trying to get used to the nuances of this truck. After having my Ford for so many years, I have to get used to a 'new' truck.
With all the talk of 'sticking- throttles' & the other problems with Toyota now, I'm starting to "imagine" problems. Fortunately, I have plenty of Tacoma driving coworkers. I talk to them, & find out that all is good with my truck. I think they call that 'progress'.
I'm a pretty good "wrench" too, so I hope to be able to voice my knowledge & opinions here.
