    Well after 17 "minivan" years I am back into a REAL vehicle! My used, silver mica 2008 Double Cab PreRunner SR5! I LOVE IT!!

    I spent the last day of 2010 installing a FM antenna direct adapter and custom mount for my Sirius satellite radio. Both came from TSS-Radio. It went really well thanks to the REALLY great dis-assembly guide by *********.com.

    I got stuck trying to find a place to tap power in the dashboard area for the direct power adapter for the Sirius. Anyone have any advise on that?

    Heading out to Plaster City CA tomorrow to fly model rockets!

    Welcome from IA. I would tap into the radio harness. It works well for me to power my ipod charger. Just make sure you have the voltage transformer and everything still in the loop to the sirius.

    I tried to tap into the connector harness. With the key on, I checked the voltages on the 2 connectors to the radio and couldn't find 12v. Do you have a picture of where you tapped in? BTW the direct power tap is a transformer. It has 2 output connectors 5v for Sirius and 12v for XM.

    MUST.........FIND...........POOOOOWWWWEEEERRRRRRR...........
