    Hi People!

Just saying hi, I just joined up as I always find a good amount of good information about Tacomas here, so I figured I would join.

I am a proud owner of a 2011 Tacoma double cab long bed 4x4 in TRD Sport trim. I have had it for a year now and I am now interested in getting some mods done to it, lift, some wheels etc and I am here to learn more about it all and see what people have to say about it.

Although its 4x4 I havent yet really taken it out yet in its stock form in the dirt, but I want to and probably will soon, it seems pretty capable towing boats and trailers, I am excited to see what it can do in the dirt.

Some personal info, I am a manager at a pawn shop here in the Santa Clarita Valley in SoCal. I like to drive, offroad, and I also ride, I have a SV650 I like to ride the canyons around here with once in a while. I also like my Xbox 360 once in a while ; )

If you are ever around the SCV area hit me up, Im always down for some fun!

    Thanks for reading!!

Matthew ( Thats my truck below BTW )

 Welcome man! Just remember to search beforehand. Some people get mad if you ask questions that have been answered thousands of times already. ;)

What kind of lift and wheel you looking at?

    Hi,

Will definatly look around the forums before I start asking too many questions, theres a whole lot of information here already.

As for type of lift, I am not even sure, I havent found too many different types or brands, and for that matter, I dont know a huge amount about lifts on trucks, my knowledge is more in the engine and performance side of vehicles, which is why I joined up to start reading and learning.

I dont want it high, 3-6" or so, with some nice rims and all terrain tires or something in that range.

    Thanks for the reply.
