    Hey all,

I just purchased a 2003 Tacoma SR5 access cab 5 speed with 139,000 mi. It has a brand new frame, shocks (front and rear), break lines, muffler, leafsprings, tires, and a few other new parts underneath. It's pretty loaded with power windows/locks, cd player and some other options. I paid $9,800 for it. The first thing I would like to know is if this was a fair price. The only funky thing I found was that the cruise control does not work if I have my lights on and the dash lights/digital clock react when I hit the breaks. Does this make any sense?

Another issue I have it that the previous owner had a cap which scratched up the runners on the bed . I was hoping for some suggestions on the best way to remove the small rust spots and cover them up. I was hoping to do this work myself.
