Just purchase USED tires from the fleamarket
    I got a 265 70 17 T/A BFGoodrich
I realized as I unloaded the tires that 1 out of the three is a class C and the 3 are class E.
Is it OK to install the tires and run it?

Nope--maybe around town on the road but not really a good idea overall
