    Hey guys! I"m new to tacoma world.

    I'm looking into buying a tocama and i've found one thats perfect. everything I want except... four wheel drive.
    I won't be extreme off roading or anything but i would wanna go sometimes. and it'd be nice to have the 4x4

    should I not buy because its 2WD ????

    GET THE 4x4!! You will regret not buying it when your there stuck. I know i regret it so bad now but theres nothing I can do and just live with the 2wd for now!!! Look at other trucks, hoepfully you find same model just 4x4!!! TRUST ME and go with the 4x4!!

    If funding permits, get the 4x4. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

    I'm happy I purchased the 4x4. If you can then probably go 4x4 if you plan to offroad at all.

    Arctic bull bar, hitch step, side bars (All by Avid Off Road!), BHLM, eye lids....
    You'll look at every 4x4 taco on the road and will second guess yourself and kick yourself... don't give in until you get what you want, or you'll spend more money later getting what you should've gotten in the first place!

    welcome...from Rock Hill,SC! what part of SC are you from??

    the 2 wheel drive prerunner's with the rear locker are pretty capable vehicles.....just so you know.

    I can't wait to get a taco.

    It would be a HUGE HUGE HUGE help if people let me know about some taco's for sale somewhat close to me. i'm looking my self ofcourse, but not having the luck I want, I need to be patient though

    keep on checking the dealer lots for a used taco in good shape. or maybe a leftover 08 you can get at a good price.

    If its not what you realy want , dont get it.Took me 4months to get mine.I wanted a used tacoma with low miles, 4x4 and manual at a good price.It was worth the wait.
