Hey, wanted to know if any of you have checked out some of these other locations, I work with a guy who knows all kinds of history in NJ, and he showed me on google earth some awesome offroading spots.

First one is between Blue Anchor rd, Harding, Mizpah, and Weymouth (West of Lake Lenepe Park). Apparently it was supposed to be a large town before they decided to move the airport to atlantic city, so the roads are named (probably all show up on GPS) but they are all dirt roads and woods. So it sounds like fun. Coords: 39.501809,-74.841199

The other is right in/near hammonton, the Amotol Raceway, apparently this was a really old huge wooden racetrack back in like the 1920s. Here is a link about it: http://wikimapia.org/2413293/Amatol-Racetrack . So, I guess there is a mile or so track of just sand, aside from all the other trails through the woods.

So, not sure when we are gonna go check these places out, I will let you all know when I do. But it sounds like they might be some fun alternatives to wharton.
