    hmmm...maybe i will look into these. but i still would like to make some kind of boot for em, not about to spend a butt ton of money on a setup up to have effin Pa roads destroy em.

    have any of you been to Bucks County Community College? i am a pending supervisor in a woodworking shop, and they are one of the only schools that actually offers certificate programs for woodworking... :spy:

    oh and i would be sent there for school free to me...:yay:

    FK's are good to go. I used to have to lube my POS TC chrome balls twice a day when wheeling. The FK's are great and I haven't heard them squeak yet and I'm not lubing them but once a month now.

    :cool: Thats the best stuff I have found for our environment. That dry teflon spray stuff is shit and I was using industrial spray from work.


    Just remember like a shock boot whatever shit gets in there will be trapped and cause further corrosion. If I could cap mine from the elements I would, but I want 100% seal otherwise it's worthless to me. The first pond I go through the boots would fill with mud, then I would need to remove them and clean. F- that.

    IMO TC is overpriced now that DSMS is around + TC offers a ton of built in caster and if your not lifting 3" that can be bad.
