    I only let them do the oil changes since they were included in the cost...

    I take no stock in that "lifetime warranty" bullshit, that's why I still bought a Toyota. The only reason I ended up purchasing from them was because one of their GM's was a douchebag to me thinking I wasn't a serious customer (he was pissed because I knew more about all of his little "fees" and bullshit than he thought)...made a formal complaint to Danny Jones (my father knows him) and got the truck a thousand cheaper than any other dealer was offering...
