Front 5100s are here! just got home from being out of town all weekend. Downsouth motorsports got them here in two days.

Keeping them at .85. I ordered some ome 885 coils which will give me about 2-2.5" up front.

 

Well they deemed my truck a total loss so now I wait till they come up with a number,how do you put a dollar figure on priceless to me

I have 885's, LR uca's and 5100's set at 0. It gave me a full 3" up front.

 

Oops, I meant I was keeping them at 0. Had a brain lapse or something earlier haha .85 would probably destroy the shock with those springs.

Yea, everything i've been reading has been saying between 2.5-3" initially and about 2.25-2.5" after settling. I'd like to get away without needing UCA's. Don't really have the extra cash for them at the moment. lo I guess we will see though. Overall, how do you like the setup (not that I can change my mind at this point) ? It seems like it's pretty popular.

Just got email confirmation from UPS that two packages were delivered today! Those must be the shocks/coils and AAL's from Wheelers. Now I just need tires..

 

Yeah. When I got it I was curious about the TRD stickers in the back. Did a little searchin and figured it was his. I sent him a pm to see what all he had done to it....sorta fill me in on the suspension and what not....still waiting to hear back from him. Wonder if he left the tacoma scene. Lol

 

That blows. If it makes you feel better, your truck can live on through mine, we just need to take pieces off your truck and put them on mine

 

Well that all depends on what they give me and what the buy back is probably gonna need all the cash they give me to get another 1 cause Im not working right now and in welding class that 40hrs a week

Its actually at a salvage and auction yard now thats were my insurance co took it even before they looked at

 

Wow they must have decided with the discretion of the tow truck driver on the scene

 

No the other insurance co wasnt cooperating and almost combative so I said fuck that and put the claim in with mine and they moved it the next day.the insurance companies can battle it out
