    I got sent away not 30min ago from firestone.. one look at my truck and they turned me away.. i had my truck aligned at a mr tire before, they now say they cant do it either, even tho i showed them the paperwork from when they did it before..

    That sucks, I know firestones can be a crap shoot for quality of service but I would think they all have the same equipment. Fortunately the one near me has been great. Good luck finding a place.

    Yeah, iv read all the reviews of people going to firestone with there warranties and such, its why i went there first. I still need to order the tires so I got some time to find a place.
