OK here's the metal brake:



It is a Tapco 10.6 model. Mike and I used it today to bend some metal and it works fine.

Hoping to get $700/bro. Bear in mind too that I have no foreseeable need for this and would rather have the money and space in my garage, so I'll give a TW'er a good deal on it.

 

I like it. I've had a manual before. Loved it. If I had liked the FJ when I bought my truck, I would be happy with my transmission

 

Nice! $700 is reasonable seeing as that was probably around 11 or 1,200 brand new. Used tools go for pretty cheap, if you listed it an craigslist for a little less it would probably be gone real quick. I might have the same one actually, looks very similar.

 

I found one like it with the cutting tool on Ebay for 1600. A quick search found the tool is worth about 600 or so. A new one comparable from Tapco comes in around 1200-1300.

 

Only 160 but you damn well know with a Kenne Bell and a better rear gear not 3:55 it will far exceed 160. Look at the stock boost gauge Max out. Blows past 10 like a fuckin boss. This install is running 19psi on 93 pump @647

 

I really need to clean the engine bay.

 

Me to. I need to do alot of things. Vacation next week then when I'm back its time to stop being lazy. To many projects that i do half way and then don't finish

 

Spent three hours at working detailing the interior and washing the outside of Big Blue. I'll have to clay bar her this spring, but she's all shiny again

My co-worker was like, "Whoa, I've never seen someone wash a car that well and take that much time doing it".

I'm replacing the struts on my coworker's 06 Solara. It's a simple job, I get $300 out of it, and I save her a few hundred

 

I will be spending tomorrow under my truck installing my skids and new synthetic rope.

 

I was toying with the idea of detailing cars for some side $$$ this summer/fall.

Our dumpy base garage has terrible lighting. I'll snap a pic in the morning

I like the wheels. Too bad they're not actually auto-fill wheels like they were on the original Hummer but they still look neat.

 

thats hiddeous. those wheels had to be milled out in order to be used. rear bumper is ugly AF.

 

Do GM 6-lug wheels not normally fit our trucks?
