Ahhhh, Sunday...sold the metal brake for $600. Probably coulda squeezed another $25 or so but the first serious bite I've had on it and I just wanted it gone.

Dinner with the inlaws..now baseball, Walking Dead, and Client List.

I bought the Njoy but I'll try the Blu next time. Really want to just give the habit up already, been 25 yrs and I'm sick of spending on them.

You think the tacoma will do ok pulling that?

 

It will be about 4500 pounds and we are supposed to be able to pull 6500. That trailer bounces around like a bastard when empty. I ordered the brake controller for it so it should be ok for the ride home from PA.

All better . Just need to take it easy and break the gears in.
My rear brakes exploded too so I had to replace all that stuff . Long day in the garage .

 

Tube bed would look good on that rig . All in do time .

 

How'd they get busted? Did they lock up?

 

How'd your brakes get messed up??

 

Just the drivers side was locked up . Not really sure how it happened but I couldn't spin that axle . When they were loading it on the ramp truck it was dragging that wheel . Wasn't to bad $60 for shoes and spring kit .

You think the brake locking up caused the gears to implode?

 

I would hope not, if it only locked up while being put on the trailer
