A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
Did you get my message about Thule? Give me a heads up if you're interested or not. Thinking about pulling the trigger on my wife's car as soon as I am sure I've ordered the right stuff.

Mmmmm quiet time. Gave the pool its first round of naked cannonballs and floated around for a while on the lounge chair. Still need to inflate the 2nd one and the cooler too..and enjoyed a nice cigar too..

I wonder what the poor people are doing?

    Cummins?
The Mazda CX5 is the only mazda SUV i'd own but the CX9 with the 2.3T AWD was their mistake. Had one today that threw the rods of cyl 1 and 4 through the block...this is the 4th I've seen, they eat transfer cases like a it's their job, head gaskets too. but the mazda speed 3 with a bigger turbo and an unchanged engine doesnt have any of these issues.

Yea, I got sidetracked cutting the giant U-bolts down and trying to grind the rivets off the stock bumpstop brackets to remove them for the Icon bumps. Then I decided to put that on hold and just hook up the rear shocks. But even that presented a speed bump--when I run the threaded rod through the bushings and the washers there was zero thread showing up top to start the nut . Jeez, lot of stupid piddly things slowed this process down. As soon as I finish the shocks I'm goin' for the align then I'll do the rest of the crap--brake line, cab mount chops, bumps...course I still won't be able to wheel until the lines and bumps are in :(

My trip to NH isnt gonna happen. My father in law had a stroke this week and is not doing well. My wife is stressed out to the max and i need to stay home for support. With him layed up i have to open his pool for him and do a bunch of house chores for him. Seems like i cant catch a break lately. I spent whole day getting truck ready Thurs. and atleast it wont need much attention for a bit. Oh well, hope everyone has a good weekend and be safe
